This is the new learning portal for loveyogaanatomy.com. There is a bit of work to be done before it will be ready but once it is you will be able to sign up for our Yoga Anatomy On Line Course as well as other smaller courses and Video Masterclasses. The idea is that in time you will even be able to create your own practitioner intensive by selecting the modules you are interested in. Although I myself am a confessed anatomy geek, there will be modules on philosophy, ayurveda, nutrition, adjusting, asana and many more. While these things are underway the emphasis now is on releasing the anatomy course, which I am hoping will be ready for summer 2016.

Anatomy & Physiology for Yoga On-Line Course (Level 1)

We are very proud to offer Loveyogaanatomy’s very own on-line Anatomy & Physiology for Yoga course. Guided by Stu you will learn about the body within the context of the physical practice of yoga. Tailored specifically for yoga practitioners and prospective or existing yoga teachers the emphasis throughout the course is to provide information in a clear and accessible way that is at all times specifically relevant to yoga. The course will focus on helping you to understand concepts that will give you a better appreciation of the bodies strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and vulnerabilities, allowing for a safer and more knowledgeable practice for yourself and your students. You will also learn how to analyze postures and determine which muscular restrictions, joint limitations or strength issues would stop a practitioner going deeper, whether that is desirable and if so how to work on it.
We are using the very latest e-learning software so that we can bring you video, quizzes and high quality digital content to make your learning experience engaging and interesting.

There are some crazy priced ($1999) yoga anatomy on-line trainings out there, which puts them out of reach for all but the really serious teachers willing to invest that sort of money. I have no intention for this to be one of those and in line with the whole concept of the site, want to make this kind of useful information available for as many teachers and students as possible. Promoting, longevity, healthy and sustainable yoga practices, underpinned by sound relevant knowledge. I am looking to offer the training at $199 but still of fantastic quality.

So many people have been asking me to do this and we are almost there. So excited!! I am working frantically behind the scenes to get the course finished and planning to have it available for registration spring 2017. If you would like to know when it is available sign up for this special newsletter (not the same as the site wide one) and I will let you know on the progress.

Subscribe to our On Line Course newsletter and I will update you on how things are coming along and when the course goes live. Thanks for your interest, I'm working super hard to bring you something fantastic! Stu
